As the British Columbia government begins to announce and implement the “BC re-start plan, We At Refresh Evolution we are focused on continuing to provide you with the highest standards of infection control protocols handed down to us and approved by the Fraser Health Authority, WorkSafe BC and our Medical Director and on site clinical physicians.

To create the best possible experience for our clients and to keep everyone including our technicians healthy and safe, we have implemented new standards of practice that I want to personally share with you.

The day prior to all appointments we will be calling our clients to confirm the following important questions. Your appointment with Refresh Evolution will only be confirmed once we have reached you and asked you the pertinent questions below. We are unable to take walk in clients and or clients that have not confirmed the Covid-19 questionnaire prior to their appointment. If you answer yes to any of the following questions you will need to re-book your appointment in a minimum of 10 days as per the provincial health officer’s guidelines.

  1. Currently are you experiencing any of the following symptoms, fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat or painful swallowing?
  2. Have you been ordered by the direction of the provincial health officer to self-isolate?
  3. Have you arrived from outside of Canada in the last 14 days?
  4. Have you been in contact with a suspected or confirmed case of Covid-19 in the last 14 days?

Over and above our usual clinical practices, we have introduced elevated hygiene and cleanliness practices for all technicians and store environments. All technicians will be wearing masks and gloves at all times. Please know we are using hospital grade cleaning products to disinfect all high touch surfaces and common areas before and after each and every client. We are offering tap and no-touch forms of payment within every location.

We will be spacing our appointments far enough apart that there will be no interactions between clients. If you are not having a facial treatment, please arrive wearing a mask. We will be taking temperatures upon entry to the clinic. We regret that for the time being we will not be offering a waiting area for our clients and we will be unable to accommodate children or guests. Our doors will remain locked until your specified appointment time.
